Sometimes things just don't work out. I took some great cod, tried to sear it and ended up with a pile of flakes and all the sear on the pan. It didn't taste bad (some glorious bits of crunch but it mostly wasn't the fish I was looking for.)

Grilled salmon is great! Even without a grill, though, this turned out pretty good.

Best beef stew I've ever had!

What fun! Highly recommended if you (and your family) likes chicken, mushrooms, and a cream sauce. While I enjoyed the sauce, no one else would eat it. But I thought it was great, and the recipe was a lot of fun to make.
