pasta and kale

Nothing very complicated- pasta (red sauce from a jar, extra onions and garlic, ground beef), with some sauteed kale on the side.

The kale turned out really well. I've been experimenting with sauteing on lower heat (medium heat here), for more time. I think that worked well with this kale; I let it slowly cook and get crispy in the pan, but it didn't burn.
