Getting back to baking bread! These are my third and fourth loaves with a new starter, up in Marin (the last bread I baked was back in SF).

They turned out pretty well! We ate one loaf in a few days, and I sliced and froze the other one for later. I'm once again using the recipe from Tartine Bread.

I was excited enough to invest in quite a bit more flour. I suppose I'm committed.

4 large platic tubs each containing 25lb of flour in a basement
