This was a hit with everyone but the kids. Really easy meal, but seems classy- smells great, and has a sauce to pour over. Turned out so much better than my cod fail (which was a relief, since this was fancy, sustainable, expensive halibut).

The fish about to go in the oven, followed by the fish just coming out. It's too bad internet smell-o-vision never caught on, because this smelled great.
