The cauliflower came out quite a bit later than the salmon. It turned out great. I cooked this at a higher temp (425° instead of 400°) than usual, stirred it less, and put on what I thought was too much olive oil.
This recipe was originally from nyt cooking, but I prefer the small florets instead of the steaks (they cook faster with more browning).
